Patrick Puzzuoli is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Duff & Phelps. Prior to being named CFO in 2010, he served as managing director of Finance, responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s finance and accounting team, and as controller. He has been affiliated with Duff & Phelps for more than ten years, joining with the firm’s acquisition of Corporate Value Consulting from Standard & Poor’s in 2005. Duff & Phelps has more than 3,500 employees in 70 offices globally.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Patrick was the director of strategy and financial analysis for Jupiter Media Metrix, a provider of syndicated research, where he was responsible for implementing financial metrics, analysis and procedures after the firm’s initial public offering. Patrick has also held roles in strategic planning, financial analysis and reporting at Towers Perrin, Madison Square Garden and Comedy Central.
Patrick received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park and an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University.
