Todd Kaltman is a managing director in the Fairness and Solvency Opinions practice, based in the Los Angeles office. Todd leverages more than 25 years of corporate and securities valuation experience and specializes in providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions and business valuations.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Todd served as a senior vice president at CBIZ Valuations.
Todd specializes in providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions and business valuations for a wide variety of purposes. He has advised both public and private companies and their boards of directors on numerous corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, going-private transactions, spin-offs, split-ups and recapitalizations. He has experience across a broad range of industries and has substantial transactional experience in both the healthcare services and software/technology sectors. Some notable clients include: GoDaddy, BMC Software, RealNetworks, Travelzoo, IAC/InterActiveCorp, Community Health Systems, Steward Health Care System, St. Joseph Health System, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Wynn Resorts, American Century Investments and Driscoll’s.
Todd received a B.S. in business administration from California State University, Northridge. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
